A glamping festival conference is actually a thing! Finally this new trend has made its way on to Swedish soil.

What better way to build relationships with your international employees than by inviting them to a Swedish lakeside forest to enjoy three days of tasty festival food, activities, workshops, great music, fire shows and of course a glamping experience?!

We started our first ever glamping rig with a BANG (A 38 glamping tent + 2 stretch tent BANG to be exact)! 150 beds with glamping decor and interiors were transported up to Stockholm in a truck and trailer. We spent two gruelling days preparing for the big event but with good weather and great support from the Sektion 3 and Aktivitetsteamet team we completed our glamping village on time!

The next challenge would be to see if our guests would survive the harsh cold and rainy weather to come on day 2 of the festival. Would our tents hold the rain and keep the inside dry? Would guests be warm enough with their duvets and fleece blankets?

Departure day would reveal all. After chatting with a few of the guests it was safe to say that their glamping experience was a good one! The beds seemed to be comfy, the fleece blanket and duvet kept them warm, the tents didn’t leak and despite the loud all-night music, guests were able to get a good nights sleep.

We are absolutely thrilled with the result and look forward to doing many more corporate events like this in the future.
